Jacqueline teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. She can tailor or theme a group/private session to fit your needs. Her ultimate goal is to help her students gain a love for yoga while building a healthy foundation in the practice.
BIO:
Jacqueline has been a practicing yogi for over 15 years. She came to yoga to recover from a series of overuse injuries. The injuries slowly healed and yoga became a part of her workout rotation. Then in 2005, when a bout with chronic asthma made her unable to exercise, she practiced pranayama and yoga asanas for healing the lungs. Within months she was off of the medications prescribed. From then on, her practice deepened and a strong desire to share this healing practice took root. Her teachings are infused with love, and her goal for practicing with students is to create a shared experience. Strength, alignment and moving with the breath are key elements of her teaching.
